1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SpacesByBo services, including interior decorating and professional organizing (“Services”). By hiring SpacesByBo or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

SpacesByBo provides professional interior decorating and organizing services, including consultations, design plans, styling, decluttering, and project management. We aim to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

3. Payment

Payments are due as per invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made via e-transfer, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed methods.

Non-payment or late payment may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

SpacesByBo reserves the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All design plans, concepts, images, materials, and content provided by SpacesByBo are owned by SpacesByBo unless stated otherwise.

Clients may use these materials for personal purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about their space and project requirements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of the environment where Services are provided.

7. Liability

SpacesByBo will take reasonable care when delivering Services but is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries arising from use of the Services.

Clients assume responsibility for any decisions made based on advice, plans, or recommendations provided by SpacesByBo.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during services will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

SpacesByBo will not share client information with third parties without consent.

9. Digital Content & Resources

Any digital resources, plans, or guides provided are for the client’s personal use only.

Sharing, reselling, or using these materials commercially without written consent is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, clients should contact SpacesByBo at spacesbybo@gmail.com to resolve the issue informally.

If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the province or territory in which the client resides.

11. Changes to Terms

SpacesByBo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Any material changes will be updated on our website here. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
